Who this covers
This policy applies to Eonanta Group Pty Ltd (ACN 701 426 548, ABN 85 701 426 548) and to the websites and products it operates, including RateCue. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address and the content of your enquiry.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
- Where you use a product that connects to a financial account, the account information you have expressly consented to share, for the purpose and period stated at the time of that consent.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, to operate and improve our products, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and for the specific purpose you consented to when connecting any account data. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is held
Personal information is stored in Australian data centre regions and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to those who need it to do their job, and that access is logged.
Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate our products (such as hosting and accredited data providers), to a licensed mortgage broker where you have asked us to, and where required by law. We do not disclose personal information overseas as a matter of course.
Consent and withdrawal
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time and without explanation. When you do, the relevant data connection stops and information derived from it is deleted on a defined schedule, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it. Write to enquiries@eonantagroup.org and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date above shows when it last changed.
